Charmante maison de vacances proche de Clisson

The property is on the smallish size but has everything you need and the kitchen is particualrly well appointed. One thing to be aware of is that although the property does have three bedrooms and would sleep 6 (we were 4) the 3rd smaller bedroom leads off the 2nd bedroom upstairs. The living area is lovely. The garden is pleasant with a lovely outside seating area under an arbour. Unfortunately it was unseasonably cold when we visited (in August) so none of us felt brave enough to try the unheated pool, however, it is ingeniously covered when not in use, by a sliding deck. Lydie and Roger were easily contactable by WhatsApp and were very welcoming and responsive to queries and messages. There is a cleaning charge at the end of the stay (€80) if you don't opt to do it yourself. We were in Getigné for 10 days in August and you need to be aware that the French go on holiday during this month so there was very little open in the village itself including the local Auberge and bakery. Having said that, there is a very good supermarket 5 mins by car. It was a lovely break and the property is very comfortable and has a lot of charm.

We had an absolutely wonderful time in Getigine. We received an extremely warm welcome from Lydie and her husband upon arrive. The house and grounds were absolutely beautiful and they had everything you could wish were. We felt so at home and settled in really quick. Getigne is beautiful and accommodation is in walking distance to a bakery, church bars, restaurants, a small supermarket and a lake. We could not have asked for a more perfect stay, we will definitely return at some point.

Very smart house with all the comfort you need to focus on relaxed vacation! We had perfect holidays in a perfect environment! Everything you need is nearby and the owners are very gentle and always helpful! We would really like to come back!

We had great communication with Michel and Lydie who were always just at them end of the phone if needed. The house was even better than the pictures and we felt at home straight away. The house was very comfortable with all the amenities for a comfortable stay. The area was great and very quiet but close to all the places we wanted to visit. We would highly recommend.

Cette maison est située au calme et bien localisée, juste à côté de Clisson. L'intérieur est bien agencé et bien décoré. L'interieur et l'extérieur sont très agréables. Maison bien équipée, literie ok. Le seul point négatif sont les nombreuses marche maison sur plusieurs niveau, pas facile pour les tout petits ou personnes âgées. Le petit plus, la terrasse et la piscine ! Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement, si nous en avons l'occasion nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

1ère vacance depuis 1 an et pas déçue du tout ! La maison est parfaite, très bien décoré et il fait bon y vivre ! Le jardin avec la piscine est extrêmement agréable pour l’été. Les propriétaires sont très gentil et disponible si besoins. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour !
