Thank you very much, we had a great vacation in a home away from home. The river is very refreshing and perfect for a dip after a walk on one of the great walks around the house. The house itself was perfect for the needs of our family and the communication with the owner and Karen was very good and helpful. We can clearly recommend this house. We enjoyed our stay in this detached house in a small hamlet on a beautiful river where you can swim, sunbathe and picnic. The house is furnished in a modern and comfortable way. Washing machine, dishwasher, oven, everything is there. We arrived in the evening and then it was hard to find the house. We also only found out when we started to study the details that a high deposit (in cash) is requested and that no linen can be rented. So as far as we are concerned, we make a recommendation that a credit card deposit can be paid and that linen is rented. A description of the route to the cottage is also recommended. Furthermore, nothing but compliments and highly recommended!

The house is situated in one of the most authentic part of Ardèche. It is a perfect stay for those who search for calm, nature and swimming. The river at the "Vallée de la Besorgue" is very beautiful and perfect to have an afternoon rest and fun with the whole family. The communication with the landlord of the house was very smooth and friendly. I highly recommend this accomodation for families and couples. We had a very lovely stay. Thanks. Family Virasack

Very spacious house at a quiet location however close to Vals-les-Bains with all stores. Nice people, nice creek where children can play and parents can relax. We've rented a lot of other houses in numerous countries but this is one of the best. A true French style holiday house. Regards from Holland
