😢: I booked it in the morning for the same night, and after payment, confirmation, the host wrote me 40 minutes later he is sorry that the accomodation ist not available due to technical problems. Had to wait 3 weeks to get my money back and also had to rebook another accomodation for the night. A lot of wasted time. Thats the risk of private hosts compared to hotels!!!.
