😊: Great location. Lovely bright and airy house and shaded against the sun at night. Excellent, very well equipped kitchen. Garage with EV charging. And we found we could live without AC although a couple of fans in the living room/kitchen areas could have been useful.. 😢: Very small things: no clothes airing facilty; a dry mop would have been useful for sweeping up sand and a wet one after my son accidentally flooded the ground floor from the shower. Plus the check out felt a bit awkward as we aren't used to seeing a property examined before departing..
