Charmante villa provençale dans un écrin de verdure sans vis-à-vis

We had a very nice stay at this house. The house is spacious, comfortable and well maintained, with a great terrace. The pool area is lovely as well. The water was around 20–22C in September, which was refreshing and great on sunny days.The owners were very friendly and helpful and they quickly took care of any small issues that came up. We also really appreciated the kind concierge, who was available throughout our stay and made everything easy and stress-free.The location is good – quiet and surrounded by nature, yet only about a 15-minute walk to the town. The town itself is charming with a great atmosphere and a wonderful market every Tuesday.All in all, a lovely place to stay – we really enjoyed our time here.

We had a wonderful week in Lorgues where there is lots to do. Due to a sturdy mistral wind (but sunny weather) we could explore the close environment. The villa is an excellent base to start of your trips and come back to relax. All what is needed is present and this location is on the list of destinations we want to return to.

Probably the best villa we've stayed in over the last few years. Everything was well organised and convenient. The house was very comfortable, access easy, location great for Lorgues, nearby large supermarket, and loads of markets and places to visit in easy reach. We went mainly to relax - the villa is so private, the pool is completely secluded. The concierge was charming, but not intrusive. We'd thoroughly recommend it for location, privacy, and comfort. Will definitely consider returning.

The house was located halfway a hill on aprox 15 minutes walk to the City centre of Lorgues. We liked the villa because the furniture was modern, as well on the terras. The kitchen was well equiped.

We enjoyed our vacation in the beautiful house very much. The location is wonderful. Very quiet and beautifully grown in. So we could enjoy the very nice pool even on somewhat windy days. The village of Lorgues is within walking distance and offers everything you need on your vacation. The contact person on site is very nice and helpful.

Das Haus entspricht total den Beschreibungen, Guillaume, der uns betreut hat, war eine sehr große Hilfe und für das Wetter ist keiner verantwortlich. Was man vielleicht wissen sollte: nach dem Regen kann es übel riechen, da es kein Abwassersystem wie in D gibt und die Abwässer aufgeschwemmt werden. Auch der Pool ist natürlich nach dem Regen dreckig. Da wäre ein zusätzlicher Service toll gewesen. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und kulant. Und: die schönsten Ausflugsziele gibt es bei Guillaume! Danke für die schöne Zeit in Lorgues.

We spent the month of September here with friends and family visiting during various times. The villa is comfortable for 4 adults or a family of 4 or more. We loved the pool area and the outside dining terrace and spent many evenings there enjoying the wines of Provence while basking in the beauty and privacy of the property. The primary bedroom is large and the 3 upstairs are of decent size too. The rooms are not luxurious but the beds are very comfortable!! The kitchen is large and well-supplied with everything we needed for cooking on those nights we chose to stay at home. But why stay at home when the town of Lorgues has so many delicious restaurants to choose from? We loved walking into town every morning for a cafe; and most evenings for dinner too. So nice to be able to leave the car at the house and enjoy walking through the quaint streets to the charming town center. Lorgues is centrally located and we went on many day trips to various places such as Nice, Saint Tropez, Eze, Marseille; Pont du Gard, Avignon……etc., etc,. Renting a home for a month, sight unseen, is a little scary , but Nadine the owner, was so helpful answering all of my many questions promptly. I felt so comfortable and secure knowing that she was there if we needed anything or had even more questions. She is a 5 star property owner!! Enjoy this lovely home away from home.

We absolutely loved our stay - most of the time was taken up with reading, eating and enjoying the spacious pool. The nearby town is walkable (10-15 minutes) though we had a car. During the week of our stay we attended 3 markets in the town - a great atmosphere (one was a night market with local artisans). The property itself is bright and airy. There is a very spacious bedroom on the ground floor and two more on the first floor (both a good size). The kitchen was well appointed and resourced with everything you could need to prepare a good meal, saucepans were excellent quality. We used the BBQ most nights and sitting on the patio late into the evening was a real joy. We would highly recommend this property - very suitable for a family 5-7 persons, allowing everyone plenty of space. Communication with the owner (Nadine) was also excellent - she was really helpful and understanding when our flight was cancelled so we arrived a day later than intended. We had a great experience!
