😊: Location. 😢: Very hot.

😊: Equipment of whole apartment+ two bathrooms.. 😢: Overall, we rate the stay as great, however, apartment has only one window and it is starting to get damp. Mold appears around the window in the bedroom and on the curtains, the couch in the living room is damp and smells of mold, the window behind the couch is also moldy..

😢: It was really good and nice just 2 points. 1, it's really far from the attractions side of the city which was our own choice so for the people who want to be closer to the city center please keep that in mind although it's so well connected with busses and metro. 2, the sofa and the bed could be a bit cleaner specially for the price we were paying. Overall it was 8 out of 10 and we really enjoyed our staying in this location. Thank you again.

😊: Close to both Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est. Less than a 10-minute walk to metro stations. Multiple shops for groceries and food in the neighbourhood. Beautiful apartment, spacious, spotlessly clean. Having the two bathrooms (even though there were only two of us) was outstanding.. 😢: Information about accessing the flat was clear and detailed, but when I left the building for the first time, I didn't know how to open the door! I finally (after a short while) remembered my previous stay in Paris and that there would be a button to push near the door. Voilà! Perhaps other people are familiar with this sort of mechanism, but I have never seen it in Germany or the USA. It would be valuable to add a short note about it to the property description as I doubt that I am alone in this regard..

😊: The accommodation was clean and comfortable, the location was great, there was a beautiful park right outside the accommodation, the metro was a 10 minute walk, a grocery store a 5 minute walk. Check-in completely no problem, communication with the owners was good, the answer always came as soon as possible..
