Charming 30m2 loft studio with new terrace and swimming pool

Property is well fitted out & modernly decorated, however it is listed as ‘LOFT STUDIO WITH NEW TERRACE AND SWIMMING POOL’ and in reality it is a garage space converted into a studio with a limited access (1hour a day - read the small print, if you want more it is an extra €10 per person per hour !!!!) to the family pool area & terrace space !!!! With only a dark small 4m2 undercover concrete breakfast area that smelt of cat urine as an outside space for us to use. Jose and his family were very polite & accommodating and despite his limited English and our poor French we managed to converse and book the pool for time slots. (They would also respect our privacy and drop the shutters when we used the pool - thank you). We felt that the property listing was a misrepresentation, with nearly half the photos focusing on the pool and outside space, that my husband needed for hydrotherapy of his legs. The pool area IS NOT connected to the property, but above the studio in the family area. It overall was quite a depressing location, so much so after a week we feel captive in a concrete box with no space for us to even sit out & enjoy the Mediterranean sunshine we left to stay at an alternative location. The property is Okay if you want it as a base so you can be out & about all day, but not as a chill out & relax holiday stay.
