Charming air-conditioned cottage \"the cabin\" and its private and independent garden

Une dépendance très bien engagée avec tout le confort pour nous comme pour notre animal de compagnie qui a rencontré des congénères trop choux.

Un lieu de séjour idyllique. Niché dans un coin d'un trés beau grand jardin, avec une cuisine d"été abritée sous les vignes. Un havre de paix mais a quelques pas de tous les principaux commerces et du centre-ville historique. Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par des hôtes charmants et nous avons hâte d'y retourner l'année prochaine.

I have stayed here in the cabin a few times. It's perfect. Great location - just a short over the Roman bridge puts you in old town Sommières. The cabin is on a private property, behind a high wall and automatic gate. This makes the cabin very quiet, relaxing and safe. You will receive keys for the cabin and gate as well as a fob for the electric gate opener. In the cabin, everything functions perfectly. A very comfortable bed, a good little kitchen with everything you need, a bathroom with hot shower and a clothes washing machine. (There is a line outside, beside the cabin for hanging drying clothes.) The hostess is incredibly gracious and welcoming. I very happily recommend it is VRBO rental. 🤗👍🏻

We were very comfortable in The Cabin and Ghislaine was a charming host. Everything worked well, the air conditioning was a real blessing during the 36C Drought of 2022 and there is a delightful BBQ area for outdoor dining (but don’t forget the insect repellent!). Thank you Ghislaine - you made us feel very welcome.

Madame Bergé is wonderful. She gave us loads of information about the locality and even arranged for her grand daughter to come round and speak to us in English. The location is amazing. Would thoroughly recommend and we will be returning.

We visited Sommieres for a wedding in a nearby chateau. This caban was perfect - a one off design with everything we needed. It had a secure private garden within the large grounds of the hosts - she and her family were lovely and welcoming and we felt like special guests rather than paying customers! It went up to 41C during our stay so the caban air con was a welcome feature. Sommieres is s stroll away across the old bridge and whilst small has multiple restaurants, bars and cafes. It couldn’t have been nicer. Thank you to our wonderful hosts

Wir haben den Aufenthalt bei Ghislaine sehr genossen. Es ist ein hübsches Anwesen inmitten von Sommières. Man kommt fußläufig in die Stadt, zum Supermarkt, den Restaurants und kann den Abend in der gemütlichen Gartenlaube ausklingen lassen. Es war wunderschön und Ghislaine ist eine liebevolle und reizende Gastgeberin. Vielen lieben Dank für all die Tipps und die Fürsorge, wir kommen gerne wieder.
