Charming Annecy Old Town Apartment, steps away from the Lake

Wonderful space! Everything you would need. Loved having washer and dryer.Very spacious apartment. Perfect location. Superb communication.

Danish family with twins age 18, travelling off season.Nice and neat appartment with the most central placement you can imagine - close to shops, restaurants, the lake and river.Parking close by where you can book for 3 or 5 days and drive in and out as you please. There is also charching for electric cars. The beds are very comfortable and the bedrooms spacious. Remark the one of the bedrooms is open to the living room, but it worked fine.We went there in March and the heating was good.As written in the description, the stairs to the 4th floor is fine, but not suitable for people with disabilities.Stephanie et Jean-Pierre has been very friendly and easy to communicate with in English. The check in procedure and the manual has been smooth and easy.We highly recommend the flat to other adults or families with children that are not too small.

This apartment was amazing! It was in the heart of the old town which was exactly what we wanted. The place had everything we needed with tasteful and comfortable furnishings. The owners were lovely and easy to reach if we had any questions or concerns.

Was not our first stay at the apartment. The hosts have always been available,approachable and forward thinking to enable us to get the most out of or stay.

Great location and ambience. It was well outfitted and well taken care of. A good hike up the 4 flights of stairs for some and the rooms were pretty hot until late in the night/early in the morning during our stay in August. Parking at arrival was challenging to find, but once we found the car park that offered passes about 1 1/2 blocks from the apartment, it was not too bad after that.
