Charming Apart New 2 Bedrooms with Aircon

The check-in instructions were very confusing. The instructions featured a yellow arrow mistakenly pointing to building "D" which had a broken entry door, and a dark entryway with broken stairs on which I twisted my ankles. The correct hallway was dirty, smelly, and dark, and with a door switch that would not respond and we were trapped once for 20 minutes trying to get out. The apartment itself is nice, but BEWARE, there are no operable windows. They are screwed shut and are covered with an opaque film since the people on the street hang out very close to the bed on the other side of the glass. The owner was very uncooperative when I tried to get even a partial refund, and abandoned the unit after one night and rented another instead. I DO NOT recommend this apartment.

😊: We had a wonderful stay in this apartment and I was genuinely positively surprised by its quality — both in terms of spaciousness, design, and amenities. The apartment is exactly as described (if not better!) and fully equipped with everything you might need for a short city stay. I initially expected we might need to sleep partly on a sofa bed, but to my delight, there are two proper bedrooms, each with large, comfortable beds. One of the bedrooms faces an inner courtyard, which is wonderfully quiet and peaceful. The second bedroom and the living room face the street — the windows aren’t openable, but they have metal shutters you can lift during the day and lower at night. Honestly, if you’re in Paris to explore, you can just leave them closed and enjoy restful nights. The kitchen is compact but well-equipped: fridge, dishwasher (!), stove, oven, kettle, toaster, and a Nespresso machine (note: bring your own pods, or grab some from the very well-stocked Carrefour just around the corner). We also appreciated the iron and ironing board — perfect for freshening up clothes after travel. The bathroom was another highlight: spotlessly clean, modern, with a spacious walk-in shower and sleek, contemporary fixtures. Everything feels new, fresh, and thoughtfully designed. A big bonus for families: the large TV allows you to log into Netflix, Disney+, Apple TV, Max, etc. Our 8-year-old was thrilled to unwind with his favorite cartoons in the evening — in his own language! Storage space is a bit limited, especially in terms of closets, but it wasn’t an issue for our short stay. And finally, the location is fantastic — just a short walk from the Bastille square and metro stations, with lots of bakeries, restaurants, and bistros nearby. I would absolutely recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Paris. It offers a great balance of comfort, style, and convenience. Would definitely stay here again!. 😢: If I had to mention anything that could be improved, it would be the lack of shelving space: a wardrobe with shelves would make unpacking easier. Also, while there is a very efficient air conditioning system (with both heating and cooling), it would be lovely to be able to crack open a window and let in some air in one of the bedrooms and the living room. That said, these are just small things that didn’t impact our experience in any major way..

😊: The location of the property was perfect for our trip! You’re close by to the metro and can get to central Paris quickly to do the touristy stuff but the restaurants and shops surrounding the apartment are amazing and well worth the visit. The owner had great communication and made sure we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay and the apartment looks just like the pictures. Does not disappoint!☺️.

Behagliche Wohnung, wunderbare Lage<br>#128578; Die Lage ist perfekt. Nahe an der Bastille, wo sonntags und donnerstags ein herrlicher Markt ist. Geschäfte, nette kleine Läden, ein Katzencafe' und Metrostationen sind in der Nähe. Das Zentrum ist auch zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und behaglich ausgestattet. Alles war blitzsauber. Der Kontakt erfolgte ausschließlich, aber sehr zuverlässig digital. Alles ist gut organisiert.

Nice place and secure in...<br>#128578; I appreciated the cleanliness, the careful decoration, this apartment is modern and well equipped. Communication with the owner is fluid, always available. I spent Christmas with my family and we had a blast over there ! I recommend :)
