Charming authentic provencal farmhouse

We had a great week in this house with its cute garden and nice pool. We played boule in the garden and enjoyed many dinners in front of the house. Very close to interesting wine districts and quiet old villages. We recommend this lovely house in the heart of Rhône!

We had amazing time. Off the Beaton track but what a fined. Lots of little villages to visit.

Fantastic stay to celebrate my 70th birthday together with friends from Denmark and the UK. Great pre-arrival instructions from Louise & Herve with excellent details of the property, its surroundings and the local area. Whilst being deep in the countryside there are plenty of options within 20-30 mins for shopping and the various local markets within the same radius are fascinating and varied. Mainly catered at the gite but the pizza restaurant on the main road and the various outlets in Grignan are excellent. Property was clean and well maintained and the pool really essential when the temperature went into the mid 30's. Four good sized bedrooms (one massive!) but beware headroom access on the top floor if you are 6ft tall!!

We loved our romantic stay at this house - offering complete privacy, nestled among vineyards, with the scent of the lavender fields greeting you each morning. It was the perfect starting place for visits to Chateauneuf-du-Pape, Gigondas, Cote-Rotie and more. The house is enormous, with clean and charming rooms, a modern kitchen, and an outdoor pool/patio ideal for barbecuing and opening a few bottles of wine. Every day we picked a different village market and brought back local wines and produce to cook at the house. If you're into restaurants, there are many choices from local brasserie to indulgent outings to try (Les Comptoir des Arts, Le Beaugraviere and L'Oustalet, among others). We couldn't have been happier with our stay!
