Charming character house, a haven of peace among the orange trees in the garden

very helpful and nice landlord, Appartment well equipped, beautiful garden and nice old house. Parking on public parking next to police station free of charge but have to walk a little . Our dog also loved the garden

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem ehemaligen Kloster sehr genossen und dabei vor allem die etwas weitere Umgebung besucht (Chagallmuseum und russisch-orthodoxe Kirche in Nizza und Wanderungen im Esterelgebirge und um das Cap d'Antibes mit ausgiebigen Badepausen an traumhaften Felsenbuchten). Die Vermieterin, Chantal Minotti, war dabei sehr zugewandt und immer hilfreich und besorgt um unser Wohl. Herzlichen Dank noch einmal!

We had the best time in La Gaude. Chantal was a wonderfull host. We enjoyed the apartment it was very comfortable and spacious with lots of sunlight. A former monastery was a very unique and enjoyable stay. The Moulin was very interesting and neat to visit. The village was cute and plenty to do. Two weeks was not enough and we will return if possible. I would recommend this rental to other travelers.

Das Haus entsprach den Fotos auf dem Buchungsportal einhundertprozentig. Die Vermieterin des Hauses ist sehr freundlich und angenehm in der Kommunikation. Direkt neben dem Haus befindet sich eine leckere Pizzaria. Ist ein ruhiges Bergdorf. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

We had a great 3 weeks stay in the small peaceful hilltop village of La Gaude. accommodation was spacious, well equipped and within walking distance to 2 restaurants, local bar and supermarket. Chantal was a wonderful, friendly, hostess, full of touristic and travel ideas for our stay. Being elderly we found the train from Cagnes sur mer to coastal places, Monaco, Nice, Cannes etc. ideal, Would recommend The Monastery House.
