Charming cottage in the French countryside

Absolutely fabulous house..everything and more than is described in listing. I have rented many houses in this region and can honestly say above all this is the best ! Ticks all the boxes for a group vacation and the host Jan is very quick to answer and handle any requests . Her house manager Veronique is also a joy ! Can’t wait to return !!!

Lovely original French farmhouse in a quiet rural part of France. House was exceptionally well equipped and larger than the photos indicate. Especially liked the large, well cared for pool and the various outside seating areas that allowed for lots of outdoor meals. Nearby town, only 15mins drive has some nice local shops for croissants etc. if we can, we would like to go back one day

Very Chariming and old house! Very very very authentic. This also means that the house was certainly not spotless! This could be better!!!

A wonderful property filled with character. Amazing views. Spotlessly clean. The photos don’t do justice to the views - it’s truly wonderful. A fabulous property.

Extremely quiet, private, rural, rustic and very well equipped. Plenty places to sit, sleep or eat in the sun or in the shade. Pool is fabulous. Well equipped kitchen. 10 minutes drive to Lavit or Beaumont for supermarket, boulangerie, weekly market, etc. Large hypermarket at Castelsarrasin (30 minutes). Many lovely villages within 30 minutes drive. Auvillar is worth a visit. Very nice walk along the canal and over the aqueduct at Moissac. Communication with the owner was perfect with excellent driving directions and details regarding access. The owners went above and beyond to ensure we had a very successful holiday. Very flexible and accommodating. Overall, a wonderful week at this gite.
