Leuchtmittel waren zwar im ganzen Haus vorhanden, die hatten jedoch so schwache Leuchtkraft dass es nicht möglich war in der Dämmerung und erst recht nicht am späten Abend Zeitungen bzw Bücher zu lesen. Auch die Bewegungen im Haus wurden davon sehr eingeschränkt. Die Lampen waren an komischen Stellen angebracht. Das führte leider zum Punktabzug, was schade ist da wir sonst zufrieden waren

I was with my family in this cottage. The cottage is beautiful, with a large garden and many opportunities to sit. We were also well received at first. However, there are also some points that bothered me and I would like to share with others. I will try to describe it objectively as possible, although we were personally affected and our vacation experience was spoiled.It is up to everyone how they evaluate these aspects. First of all, I would like to comment on the pool. The pool is shared, this was not told to us beforehand. When booking, it is only stated that there is a pool, but not that it is shared with the host. So here the freedom is limited, which affects the vacation experience substantially. In addition, there are hidden costs that are not stated at the time of booking. These are, firstly, the accommodation tax that is charged per person and per day. Secondly, one cannot use the washing machine at will. You have to ask the host for permission and pay 5.00€ per wash to do laundry. This is ridiculous and an extortionate price at the same time. On the third day of our stay, all electricity and water supply were gone for a few hours in the morning. The host said that there was work going on. So you have to be prepared for electricity and water to be gone without notice. The host is inconsistent and does not compromise for his customers. The hospitality could be better. I have been to Spain and Greece for vacation, but this is the first time I have experienced such restrictions. In a way, you live with the hosts. If you are looking for a place to rest, this is not the right place. And the hosts cannot speak a single word of English. But if you can handle it, you are in very good hands in this vacation home.
