Charming cottage on the heights of La Livinière

We had a wonderful stay here, the place is centrally located amongst the vineyards. The settings is private and well appointed. We laid out at night on the loungers watching the stars. As it is located in the countryside the night sky was an amazing display of bright stars. Easy drive to Carcassonne or the Mediterranean. The town of la liviniare is close 5min drive with two restaurants. The host was welcoming and helpful on things to do in the region. We enjoyed our stay and would come again.

Loved everything about this property, the location in a gorgeous rural area, the hosts who could not have been more helpful and the house itself is comfortable, with an amazing terrace which gets the sun from morning til evening.

The property is clean, bright and homely. The owners showed us the wonderful walks around the area. The Village of La Liviniere has a bakery, Post office and convenience store along with a Chemist. There is a Wonderful Restaurant called Les Meulieres the owner is charming and the food exceptional. the accommodation is great centre point to travel to Carcassonne, Tolouse and Narbornne.

Gîte très agréable avec tout le nécessaire sur place et informations pour se balader dans secteur. Même une belle balade au départ du gîte. On reviendra!

The house was perfect for us, just as described in the prospectus and very well equipped. Our hosts, Bastiane and Vincent were very welcoming and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The countryside round about was attractive with many points of interest. A new bistro has just opened in La Liviniére which served good food at reasonable prices. All in all a great holiday. Highly recommended. La maison étais parfait pour nous, exactement comme dit sur le web. Bastiane et Vincent sont très acceuillants. La campagne autour de La Livinièr est jolie et il y a beaucoup de chose a faire. Recommandé!
