My adult daughter and I stayed here for 3 days. The location is good for the metro and it did have a washing machine which was handy. These are the only 2 good things I can say about this flat. 1. It's a walk up - this is made clear on the website but the stairs are narrow and winding and heaving luggage up them nearly killed me. 2. No bedding (sheets or duvet) provided for the sofa bed 3. No dish soap (had to wash dishes with shower gel) 4. No coffee - wrong size coffee pods for coffee machine 5. Water tank dripped and filled a cereal bowl in 2 hours. When we weren't there or sleeping, the bowl overflowed. I put towels down. The bathroom stank. 6. Mouldy shower curtain. Mould in the shower. 7. No mattress protector on bed in bedroom. Just a sheet on top of the mattress - yuck. Also said sheet had holes in it. 8. Front door to the street doesn't always lock - safety issue 9. Not very clean Expected cute and funky (the flat has potential) but sadly did not deliver overall. We were happy to move on.

Die Wohnung ist genau so wie auf den Fotos und sehr gemütlich. Das Sofa ist als Sofa bequem und lässt sich durch wenige Handgriffe in ein ebenso bequemes Doppelbett verwandeln. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet (sogar mit Auflaufformen und Backblechen). Der Balkon ist ca 40 cm tief und man kann ihn nicht in gewohnter Art und Weise benutzen, das hatte ich anders erwartet. Trotzdem eine tolle Wohnung, alles sehr sauber und gepflegt und wir haben es sehr genossen. Ein kleiner Tipp noch: ein paar Kleiderhaken in der Garderobe wären nicht schlecht.

A lovely apartment in the centre of Paris. Just a couple of minutes walk from the metro, plus a little park the same distance with a play area perfect for our son. Clean and (very) warm with lovely open floor space in the living area. A full sized kitchen and dining table. Huge TV and fab little coffee machine (kept my husband very happy). Would highly recommend to a couple or family of 3. Just to note the apartment is on the fourth floor with wide but winding stairs. Only one bedroom (as stated) so we slept with our son rather than using the sofa bed.
