CHARMING HOUSE IN GRIMAUD - Bay of Saint Tropez<br>

Petite maison mais tres sympathique. Extérieur parfait pour de belles vacances. Intérieur très fonctionnel. Je la conseille vivement. Route un peu brillante mais qui ne gâche en rien notre séjour. En deux mots : très bien

Very fine house to stay with my family, very complete ( also the kitchen!) And outside / garden is pleasent with at al times of the day enough shaded places. The coastway might give some “noise”

Although the road is nearby (and can be heard a little bit from the garden), there is no sight of it from the property - in fact the garden area has wonderful views over the countryside with no other buildings in sight. Plenty of plus points at the property - beds are comfy, shower/bathrooms are excellent and the wifi & aircon work well. Great location - 15 minute walk to lovely beaches and 30 minute drive to St Tropez. Just a couple of small tweaks would lift it to a 5*. Although there are loads of seats outside, there are only 3 sun loungers - not enough for a property that sleeps 6. The fridge in the kitchen could do with being replaced - the door doesn't shut very well.

Das Objekt ist gut gepflegt, der Pool wird regelmässig gereinigt bzw. auf Abruf. Die Infrastruktur ist sehr gut (Klimaanlage, Küchegeräte, Weber Kugelgrill und sanitarische Einrichtungen). Die Aussenbereiche laden zum geniessen und verweilen ein. Schatten spendet der Laubbaum und der gedeckte Platz. Der gedeckete Parkplatz ist auch ganz angenehm (im Sommer bei 38°C!).Die Rasenfläche ist nicht sehr gepflegt, das ist kurz geschnittener Naturrasen mit vielen Dornengewächsen. Wir würden das Objekt wieder buchen.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison de charme, décorée avec goût et dotée d'un bon équipement.La maison, le jardin et la piscine sont très propres et bien entretenus.La piscine est ensoleillée toute la journée. Une grande terrasse permet néanmoins de prendre les repas à l'ombre.La situation est exceptionnelle : au calme, sans vis-à-vis et à la fois proche de tout.A recommander sans hésitation...

We had a very nice stay in this lovely home located in a charming farm surrounded by gravepine, next to port grimaud. The place was clean and well decorated and the owner was welcoming. We really enjoy our week !
