Charming house near Saint-Fargeau

Notre groupe d'amis a adoré le séjour: la maison est un vrai petit château, avec un parc très agréable en partie ombragé, ce qui est très agréable en pleine canicule. La propriétaire est très accueillante. Pour un groupe d'une dizaine de personnes, c'est l'idéal !

Très bon accueil et très belles prestations., Correspond parfaitement à l'annonce et propreté impeccable. Un parc magnifique mais un bémol sur le mobilier de jardin - 3 chiliennes pour 12 personnes et chaises en mauvais état, dommage. Point négatif également pour le billard annoncé, mais pas de queues en bon état. Malgré tout , nous avons passé un excellent séjour et conseillons vivement ce gîte.

Dès les premiers contacts, nous nous sommes sentis attendus dans cette très belle propriété qui offre suffisamment d'espace et d'équipements pour que le temps soit consacré à profiter du bonheur de se retrouver en famille. Cette partie de la région est à découvrir... mais hélas, les lieux touristiques étaient fermés (réouverture en avril), nous avons donc profité de la maison pleinement ! Nous sommes repartis heureux et avec plein de beaux souvenirs.

Très belle endroit nous avons passé un magnifique week-end pour notre mariage avec nos témoins et enfants. Lieux appropriés pour les adultes et les enfants .

Easy Property to find and was much bigger in person than in the photos. Plenty of bedrooms and lots of living space. The bathrooms were huge! Small kitchen but you can work with it. Decent size fridge freezer and clean. I’d say the kitchen wasn’t as fully equipped as described, a fair amount of major things were missing- grater, measuring jug, chopping board, decent knives, wooden spoons and other common utensils made it a big difficult to prepare meals. However lots of crockery and silverware. There was a lack of cloths/sponges to clean the kitchen and could have done with a brush to sweep the floors during the week. (There was a Hoover though) Linen isn’t provided but we just bought our own which was easy as we were driving. (Duvets and pillows provided) Lovely big garden and very enclosed so very private. For outdoor furniture there is only metal chairs and tables which wasn’t really comfortable to relax on during the hot days. (It didn’t mention in the listing what furniture it was) could have done with some loungers maybe. And the evenings we just sat on the steps out the back or inside. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property as it was a great base for us to explore the area for our quick 5 day getaway

This house is absolutely fantastic: Nice, pleasant environment, stylish and spacious house with a warm and welcoming atmosphere! The host were very friendly and supportive. Lots of interesting activities within 10-20 minutes drive An absolute recommendation in the area!

We adored this house - it’s huge!! Downstairs is living space with a terrace and a beautiful view to the garden and woods beyond. Upstairs is a long hallway with 6 bedrooms, two very large bathrooms, and a separate toilet. Note that linens are not provided; I might have missed it in the description but as we were traveling abroad it was difficult to secure them with only a few days notice. Google maps is not accurate but Apple maps is. Again - stunning house and grounds, very clean and comfy, and easy check in/check out process. Highly recommended!
