Charming house with garden in the heart of Honfleur

Perfect location, just two minutes walking from the beatiful and bustling centre of Honfleur. The site is suprisingly quiet with a really nice and spacious garden. Don't expect to park your car in front of the door. Instead, there's free parking at around 10 minutes walking.

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans cette maison en ville et au calme !! Tout ce que nous recherchions et que nous adorons !!! La sympathie,l accueil ,les conseils des propriétaires , la propreté de la maison ainsi que son emplacement , décor chaleureux ,jardin agréable et entretenu .un vrai coup de cœur que nous recommandons vivement Fabrice et Jennifer

Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl in dieser tollen sehr zentral gelegenen Wohnung mitten in Honfleur. Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und es hat alles was es für einen tollen + entspannten Urlaub braucht. Der schöne Sitzplatz und Garten sind ruhig und bieten sich perfekt an um sich vom Sightseeing zu erholen. Parkplatz gibt es keinen direkt vor dem Haus (nur zum ein- und ausladen ) aber wir fanden immer eine freie Stelle auf dem Gratisparkplatz. Was auch praktisch war da der Carrefour auch auf dem Rückweg zur Wohnung lag. Sehr herzliche und unkomplizierte Gastgeberin.

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié notre séjour. Calme absolu alors qu'on se situe en plein coeur d'Honfleur. La vue sur le clocher de l'église donne un esprit village mais ne perturbe pas le sommeil ( sonnerie de 9h - 21h). Pas besoin de montre ! Terrasse et bains de soleil très appréciés avec un week-end 100% soleil. Intérieur propre et fonctionnel. Merci à Anne Elisabeth pour son accueil, son sourire et ses bons tuyaux pour les resto sur place. On recommande !

We enjoyed our stay very much in this comfortable property . The garden was a lovely place to be on sunny afternoons and for breakfast, and we loved to hear the angelus bell from next door St Leonard’s church in the evening. The house is brilliantly situated, a five minute walk to the Vieux Bassin and restaurants and shops in town. Madam Peju was a charming hostess and made us very welcome . Her English was a lot better than our French!

We paid more than normal for this property as the facilities included parking. This is not the case and we feel we were mislead by both the property owner and Vrbo. On arrival we had to drive round twice and eventually found somewhere to park to off load our luggage. The owner directed us to a free parking area some 7 minutes walk away. She implied there was ample parking, this was not the case and we had to wait almost an hour for a space to become available. I would not like to try and find parking in high season! On street parking and public parking cost €15 for 12 hours and €30 for 25 hours. Regarding the property, we were a little concerned that the electric cooker was held together with tape and the washing machine was small and rusty in an out building. We decided not to use either appliance. We were concerned about the bedroom floor and it was very uneven, bouncy and sloped causing the bed to feel head down. However, all this taken into consideration the property was clean, warm and very convenient with a great garden. On the whole we had a great holiday.

Une annonce fidèle à ce que nous découvrons avec une maison coupée de la ville et donc très au calme avec un très beau jardin tout en étant en plein cœur du centre ville historique de Honfleur : tout est possible à proximité, à pied et pour ne rien gâcher , une propriétaire très agréable et avance un vrai sens de l’accueil

Der Wohnbereich(Küche und Wohnzimmer ) im Erdgeschoss ist sehr eng,4 Personen haben Platz,bietet aber alles,was man benötigt. Nur der Herd müsste erneuert werden,das Kochen war etwas mühsam. Die Schlafzimmer sind ausreichend groß, im Vad muss nun aufpassen,sich nicht den Kopf anzustoßen wegen mangelnder Höhe.Der Garten ist wunderschön, Erholung pur,die Lage des Hauses ist umwerfend gut,in 6 Minuten ist man am Hafenbecken, wo viel los ist,das Haus selber ist super ruhig gelegen. Der Check in mit Anne war super einfach,sie ist einfach sehr nett. FAZIT: jederzeit wieder und nur zu empfehlen
