Charming little Périgourdine house

What we thought of the property Pros - the lounge room we did like / The bathroom was good with a decent shower / The kitchen although tiny was sufficient and well stocked (although no oven) / The terrace at the front of the terrace was lovely to sit out on in the evenings / It is a quiet location / There is a lean to out the back which is great for drying clothes, unless it is raining. Cons - the bedroom was very dingy / deco generally could do with an update / the dining table uncomfortable / And there is NO off street parking. You park in the street, with your front tyres barely on a tiny verge.

Lovely quaint property ideal location for travelling around local area. I did miss having a little more outside space. All in all a lovely stay in the property.

Gite situé dans un hameau de la campagne périgourdine, dans une hameau plein de charme et très tranquille. Très bon accueil, très bien tenu.

Logement impeccable, confortable, bien équipé, belle terrasse orientée sud et environnement très calme. Nous y reviendrons l’an prochain.

Nous avons passé un séjour agréable, bien des lieux à visiter dans la région. Martine, vous êtes une personne sympathique.

Je n'ai pas d'expérience en location, mais celle-ci est confortable. De belles balades. Petit point négatif pour le soir la télé fonctionne mal.

La petite maison est bien aménagée propre et fonctionnelle, petite terrasse devant avec table et chaises, au calme, , le canapé convertible est très confortable , il y a une boulangerie et une pizzeria à moins de 15 mn à pied, je recommande cette location.
