Charming, quiet house with terrace & parking

😊: The apartment is close to the street, it is a full blocked house with kitchen, shower, toilet etc.. 😢: Some of bed linen and towels seemed not washed before our visit. The rental is very worn-out. The toilet has no sink in the same area. The coffee machine was not working. The stairs to the bedroom floor are very steep. The wardrobes are locked and You can't even know what's inside them or put Your stuff in them. The surroundings are not peacefull at all, because it is right on a rather busy street. Wi-fi is only good for up to 2 gadgets, if you try watch TV, there is not enough transmission for that. And the smell inside is like there is an elderly person living there daily and just renting it occasionally. The price / quality ratio is not good. I would say that this is not recommended for a price like that..

😊: Heating and hot water are on parking is easy and quiet. Bed is okay.. 😢: The bathroom door didn't closed properly. Bedsheet should be changed as they are very old and uncomfortable. Shower towel is a bit damp. Toilet smells all the time. Kitchen accessories can be better as they were camping style..
