Disappointing<br>#128578; The cleaning lady was super responsive in giving directions and getting help. The location is convenient, quite close to transportation and shops.<br>#128577; Very pooor internet (WiFi) Password and code should be printed and put on the wall and/or fridge. For a few days, there was no col water in the kitchen tap and washer, The kitchen should be equipped with basic items such as pots and pans, knives and stirring spoons. Optional items that should be added Drying rack for clothes Wine opener Pair of scissors On the final day I had an issue with the door but this was addressed despite the inconvenience.

Nice apartment in a great...<br>#128578; The location was perfect for me, though I imagine it wouldn't be what tourists are after. The apartment was quite spacious for Paris and featured a full kitchen with washing machine. Bed was good and the shower was superb.<br>#128577; The floors hadn't been cleaned and the bathroom bin was not empty. Maintenance is needed: the bathroom bin was broken, the light above the sink didn't work and there was no cold water in the kitchen. Some sort of drying rack is needed for those who need to wash clothes. An electric fan would have been appreciated as it was 34C when I was there.

Early/mid May and some nights were cold. Washer did not work. I suggest host to assess the state of equipment before guests arrive. Coffee machine did not work. Should be easy to replace. Concierge was very nice but did not speak English. Gladly we had relatives living nearby who could communicate in French otherwise I would be a problem. Wi-Fi is Very slow. We had to leave early due to med emergency of family ...
