Charming sunny house in Andernos-les-Bains

😊: Generally the location of the property was good. The property itself was reasonable but lacked some little details and the capacity to host potentially 6 persons with comfort. We were only 4 but the living space would not be comfortable for much more than this and the bedrooms too.. 😢: The concierge service was overall unprepared for our visit and essentially unclear in communicating the unmade beds. We were contacted several times before our arrival about entry to the property from the concierge and asked to wait for the cleaning lady who never turned up. We worked out the bedding was in the dryer and wasted some of our valuable holiday time sorting out the issue. A message was left the following afternoon and although the concierge was apologetic, it reflected badly on our experience as they gave us mixed details in their communication in terms of departure and made several unnecessary calls that did not really resolve the unmade beds. We were led to believe only one was unmade but the bedding on one bed had been dressed yet was wet! Not impressed positively. Disorganised concierge and generally lacking attention to detail..
