CHARMING VILLA 15 MIN FROM NICE WITH COMMON POOL

We loved our 6 day stay. The location is in a beautiful location north of Nice is a quiet area. A vehicle is necessary. We enjoyed exploring the mountain towns north of Nice more than visiting Nice and Monaco. Regardless, all these areas are within easy travelling distance from the property. The accommodation is small but well appointed, clean and overall is very nice. The pool is a bonus. Philllippe and Sylvie are wonderful people. The English/French language barrier made things interesting....and kinda fun. I would without hesitation recommend this property to anyone who asks. Thank you Phillipe and Sylvie.

This property is in an ideal location to be away from the hustle and bustle of the key city attractions of the Cote d’Azure to relax and explore some of the hidden gems to the mountain villages. Best for 2 people but can accommodate 4, very clean and modern yet in character with the surroundings. Philippe et Sylvia are welcoming and happy to spend time to explain everything and are always on hand - French / English is an interesting experience for all 😄 Thoroughly enjoyed, thank you Mark

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, the standard of the apartment was high & very clean when we took over. Philippe & Sylvie are lovely, explained everything, in French with a little English & left us alone except for the odd meeting up. The pool is gorgeous as is the view from the balcony. We visited quite a number of places, too many to list, & enjoyed it all. The temperature never dropped below 26° for the whole 2 weeks, a bit cooler at night. Thank goodness for air-con. Thanks for a lovely, restful holiday & yes we would return we enjoyed it so much, that balcony certainly got a work out wonderful.

Everything is fine clean and good equippted and very good located to visit different villages....

This was exactly what we were looking for. Lovely peaceful setting, modern yet not lacking in character, clean, comfortable and every detail thought of, down to the clothes pegs and kitchen utensils. We did not have to ask for a single thing during our week here. Philippe and Sylvie were welcoming and attentive when required, but knew how to give us our own privacy and space. The swimming pool and terrace were a delight to use. Car parking was a tiny bit tricky, but we eventually got used to it. Written instructions for using the dishwasher and washing machine would be welcome and we would have preferred cotton bedding.

The suite was great, beautiful view, very peaceful, away from the bigger centers but close enough to visit Monaco or Nice. Philippe and Sylvie, our hosts, were very nice, they did everything to make our stay memorable. Ron B. Edmonton, Canada

This is a very modern residence in a Provencial style, quite spacious and very well equipped with all modern accessories to make the stay as comfortable as possible. . The view from the terrace is spectacular and the area quiet. The property's owners are a charming couple, always ready with help if needed
