Charming villa walking distance to Valbonne village

Had a wonderful stay in a great property. Everything is as beautiful and well-kept as it appears in the photos. Easy communication with both owner and local manager. We would love to come back again!

I vacationed here for 2 weeks with my wife, 14 yr old daughter and my 2 parents. The villa is beutiful. All bedrooms were spacious, had their own air conditioning controls. The kitchen was a good size and had everything you would need. The outdoor areas were magnificent, the pool is deep and plenty of space to enjoy around it. There are 3 distinct areas to enjoy a meal, each offering something a little different. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and fully recommend it to anyone looking for a property that is quiet, well appointed, and close to a lively village with lots of restaurants.

I recently rented this property to celebrate my 40th birthday with friends. The villa is even more beautiful in person than in the photos. The house manager, Sue, was very attentive and provided great recommendations for restaurants and activities. The villa is also just a short 10 minute walk into Valbonne and only ~20 minutes into Cannes-great location! I would definitely rent this property again!

The house, garden, pool and surrounding area/town was fabulous. The house was much bigger than expected from the photos - lots of room and space for 4 adults and two children. Everything was thought of - furnishings, appliances, places sit at different times of day and weather. A truly fabulous holiday - we will be back!

Two weeks in this villa and would highly recommend. Highlights include: - wonderful communication and support from the owner, Phil - the villa retains character whilst being functional and in good working order - the heated pool is a delight. Given the amount of time spent around it, the privacy, size and excellent condition are a real winner - the landscaped gardens are beautiful. Well kept, lots of different areas, beautiful flowers, herbs and trees, all creating a charming environment to relax in - with a 16 month old in tow, the accessibility from driveway to front door to kitchen is perfect. Previous villas we have stayed in on hillsides have been lovely, but would have been wholly impractical with a pushchair and baby. This villa is mere steps into the property and easy for carrying shopping in - the master suite is secluded and spacious - lovely to have a top floor for baby, and the large downstairs double with dressing room and ensuite. With the doors out to the garden and pool area, this was a great feature - a well stocked and functional kitchen - as a keen cook this was important and nothing lacking - location - easy walk into Valbonne with its restaurants, market and lovely little boutiques - not always easy to find with villas. Plus a quick drive to the coastal towns of Cannes, Antibes and Nice, Perfect to enjoy both the lovely mediaeval towns of Provence and the beaches and glamour of the Côte d’Azur We have stayed in many villas over the years. This is one of the few we would return to and we created treasured memories with family and friends.
