Charming villa with heated pool in quiet, 6/8 people, Gulf of St Tropez

Our stay was - again - wonderful. We enjoy the playful family time, in the pool and inside the house as well.Even if it is hot or windy it’s a restful sleep und wonderful cool power naps ….. it is always enough space if kids/teens want to be for themselves or having fun all together.Eric and and Valerie are great and very care taking hosts! Everything is perfectly organized.We will come back, for sure.

Great property which had everything we needed. The pool and outside area was great with shaded seating area. Great location in walking distance to the town which had lovely restaurants.

We had a wonderful stay at Eric’s property. The house is perfectly located to the village of plan de la tour which has great restaurants and small shops.The house itself is perfectly equipped with everything we needed for a great holiday and the outdoor space is superb. We loved the pool, lovely outdoor seating areas and fantastic plate bbq.Although the house does not have traditional air conditioning units downstairs, the stone floor kept the house at a reasonable temperature on the hottest days.Eric and Valerie were very helpful and were on hand if we had any questions. I would definitely return to the house and would recommend to others.

Fantastic! Relax and fun

Again we enjoyed a very relaxing time as a Family. Pool fun, tasteful Barbecue with the Planca, always quite Environment for a Power Nap …. close to the town everything was easy to buy with a foot walk. It was a really wonder filled Summer Holiday and we are happy to come back next year!

The house is beautifully located a few minutes walk from the village. It has a pool and outside dining area. The owner is very responsive and eager to solve any issues immediately. All in all we have a really pleasant stay here.

Eric is good to deal with and professional. Great location - 70 minute drive from Nice, 10 min walk to Plan de La Tour. Good restaurants and bistro/bars, two bakeries, two or three small supermarkets with good fresh veg etc. Less than 10 min drive to excellent, large Carrefour in Sainte Maxime also Lidl etc. Situated in a very quiet, secluded area. Can get the ferry from Sainte Maxime over to St. Tropez. Heated pool is very good temperature and we,enjoyed it but may be slightly small for large family/full house (there were only two of us). Good supply of sun loungers and the shaded area with the large plancha BBQ and large table is great for eating outside and there’s a retractable canopy over the outdoor terrace, however no individual sun parasols for the loungers by the pool. lLarge screen TV and sound bar was good for watching rugby during RWC and could set up an English Netflix profile. There’s a car charging electric point on the drive. Aircon is fine but took a day or so to get up to speed on arrival. Kitchen is fully equipped with a Nespresso machine, coffee filter, mixers , microwave and American style double fridge with an ice maker and chilled water dispenser. Beertender machine with Carrefour selling chilled kegs. Lots of crockery, cutlery etc. Good range of condiments - olive oil, salt, some spices etc

Within the last 15 years we are traveling regularly the south of France, especially the area around St Tropez, Saint Maxime and Plan de la Tour. Eric's place was new to us. We felt at home immediately. Very quite during day and night time, a fantastic garden with different places to relax or playing games. The pool is perfect to cool down and and have some fun as well. Everything we love is close by, also Maitre Julien in Sainte Maxime - greatest Boulangerie, ever. The Check-in and out was perfectly organized and explained; very kind and supportive when we needed something. We definetly will come back next year!
