Charming villa with pool lake view 10 minutes from the city center - Villa

Memorable stay in a beautiful...<br>#128578; The location was unbeatable. We cycled and used the bus for everything and had a couple of excellent meals out within 20 minutes walk of the property. It was lovely to have the pool to jump o to after a cycle back! The sunrise and sunset views across the lake from the master bedroom were truly breathtaking! The kitchen was well equipped and the accommodation was flexible enough to comfortably accommodate my 4 grown up kids and 2 of their partners.<br>#128577; The air conditioning was complicated to change - if you were too hot or chilly. Some of the lights were also on automatic settings where felt over-automated. The switched lighting was great however.

Des espaces à l’extérieur à l’intérieur bien adapté pour 7 personnes et un bébé. Bien équipé des ustensiles parfois maltraités par des précédents locataires qui ne doivent se comporter comme à la maison. Nous voulions le soleil le matin et l’ombre pour dîner le soir c’était parfait. Merci pour cette belle location

Ein toller Urlaub in herrlicher Umgebung! Das Haus war super gemütlich mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten drinnen und draußen am Pool.

Beaucoup de bons points: superbe vue, accès au lac rapide et facile, boulangerie à côté, jolie décoration, aménagement intérieur pratique. Petit point à améliorer: les douches se bouchent facilement. La route d'accès n'est pas à emprunter un jour de grande circulation (très étroite) avec une voiture large!

Séjour extraordinaire dans une maison magnifique, moderne ,spacieuse et très bien équipée. La maison chaleureuse,bien exposée et décorée avec beaucoup de goût se situe dans un secteur résidentiel, à deux pas du lac. L' endroit est splendide, nous avons fait plein d' activités différentes dans la joie et la bonne humeur, mais aussi dans la quiétude et la sérénité que vous inspirent la maison et l'endroit où elle se situe.

Excellente situation de la maison, avec une superbe vue sur le Verrier et la Tournette. Très bien située, à proximité immédiate de la piste cyclable. Très belle maison, bien équipée et très agréable à vivre. Juste dommage de devoir rester 7 jours, surtout en hors saison. Excellent accueil.

My family and I, (2 adults and 3 teenagers) had the most wonderful stay on Lake Annecy. The house was super comfortable, very clean and well equipped with everything we could possibly need. We cooked on the bbq most evenings, on the lovely terraces overlooking the lake. It was so hot and sunny, we were never indoors but with all the outdoor sitting options, it was perfect. All the rooms had fans to make sleeping as comfortable as possible on hot nights. The swimming pool was a welcomed luxury on very hot days and the teenagers had endless fun! Absolutely perfect location.... 5 min walk to the lake, the bike path and a lively bar/restaurant, 10 min cycle to the beautiful town of Annecy, along the dedicated bike path and a short drive to supermarkets for convenient shopping. We hired bikes in Annecy and never needed to use the car - the bike paths on that side of the lake were such a pleasure for accessing the many beaches. The house has the most stunning view over a few rooftops to the lake. My only regret is that we only stayed 1 week..... we would highly recommend the house and the area and look forward to coming back.
