Chartreuse entre Saint Emilion et Bordeaux

This property is one of the loveliest properties we’ve ever stayed in. The hosts, Patrick and Véronique, were wonderful, greeted us in person, and showed us through the house explaining the layout and function of the property’s features.The home is located between Bordeaux an Saint-Emilion and both are easily accessible if you have a car. The location is extremely quiet and we were amazed at the number of stars we could see in the sky at night.The bedrooms rooms are beautifully appointed and comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped. We used the washing machine. There isn’t a dryer, but there was a substantial drying rack available.If we were ever in the area again, I would definitely want to stay there again.

We loved meeting Patrick and Veronique. The most delightful hosts. The peaceful garden setting and surrounding vineyards were perfect for then exploding around St Emillion and the beautiful French countryside. All amenities are provided together with a genuine experience of an old chateaux with its quirks and timeless charm. Thank you to our hosts.

Bon séjour dans cette jolie maison qui a gardé son charme d’antan. Les propriétaires sont extrêmement arrangeants, discrets et sympathiques. La maison est facile à vivre. Le coin barbecue est un plus quand il fait beau.

We were met by our hosts as we arrived and shown their property rental home. They were very helpful with grocery shopping, restaurant suggestions a few wineries they suggested. The kitchen was great for cooking in two evenings. We were 2 couples and the house was perfect for us. We would recommend this rental.

A beautiful mansion and even more beautiful are Patrick and Veronique. The house is great, all I can do is recommend it. If we ever get near there again I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Nous avons passé un excellent moment entre amis dans cette belle propriété. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et vraiment aux petits soins pour leurs locataires, plein de petites attentions comme les confitures maison à l'arrivée et les figues du jardin en cours de séjour! Ils sont également très flexibles dès que cela est possible, par exemple sur les horaires de départ et d'arrivée. C'était très agréable!

Nous avons trouvé ce lieu la veille de notre départ. La bonne aventure a été avec nous. Nous avons rencontré des gens charmants et attentionnés. Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour avec 6 de nos enfants. Et oui, une famille recomposée ça peut faire ça. Une très belle demeure à 10 minutes de de St Emilion et 20 minutes de Bordeaux. Quoi de mieux pour ramener une peu de vin et de canalés. Nous risquerions bien d’y retourner un jour…
