Château d'Ainay-le-Vieil - Double Room

Magical stay in 15th century...<br>#128578; For our last night in the Loire Valley, we had dreadful weather but we stayed at the beautiful 15th century Chateau d'Ainay-le-Vieil castle hotel and ate a fabulous dinner at La Volière, the castle restaurant. Our room was located in one of the towers of the castle ramparts and had a magnificent spiral staircase leading up to it. The castle hotel was so cool and we briefly battled the cold and rain to do a little exploring of the grounds. The breakfast basket was adorable and fabulous.<br>#128577; Nothing- only downside was the weather and nobody can predict that in France in September

Belle escale en Berry: jolies...<br>#128578; Magnifiques jardins que l.on peut visiter quand on le souhaite. Grand calme. Belles chambres avec de beaux tissus et des aménagements très confortables et bien finis. Le restaurant est très bien.

Would love to go back...<br>#128578; This historical chateau is so amazing with its beautiful garden. So lovely to walk around the garden. The chambre in the Chateau is clean and comfortable. The simple breakfast is nice. Bed is very comfortable. Soft but firm.<br>#128577; The pillow is a bit too soft and not firm enough. For the people who has vertebra issue would love to prefer low but firm pillow.
