Château de Lans

We were a group of 12 extended family and had a wonderful stay at chateaux de lans - bakeries and shops nearby and chef Agnes on the last night of our stay was a highlight. The chateaux is very well equipped and very comfortable and being located in a wine region was a bonus. We wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Ein traumhaftes Haus mit allem, was das Herz begeht - gepflegt, einladend, wunderschön und die ideale Voraussetzung für eine wunderbare Zeit im Burgund. Wir waren als Großfamilie mit 14 Personen für eine Woche dort und haben jede Minute genossen. Das Haus bietet viele Möglichkeiten, sich zu beschäftigen: Pool, Tischtennis, Boule, schöne Innenräume, angenehme Küche und vieles mehr. Viele Ausflugsziele sind innerhalb von 30 Minuten Fahrzeit erreichbar. Ein Traum!

Everything was perfect, but of course the castle is quite old and you can hear everything that's happening in the house. So with children under 2 yo' I'd recommend using a room in the top floor instead of the childrens room on the 1st floor. Otherwise, everything was great for us.

We were looking for a property to rent for our extended family and we were thrilled to find Château Lans, it was perfect! It was lovely to be welcomed and shown around by Christophe, the Château has been beautifully restored, and the service throughout the week was great. The bikes were well used, and it was well worth hiring an extra small bike for the 6 year old, we loved the bike ride and meal in the frogs leg restaurant recommended by Christophe . In the morning the children loved cycling to get the baguettes, it’s worth putting an order in for the following day for croissants and baguettes as they do sell out if you aren’t up early. Merci

We had a great week , family of 15 , ages 2 to 82 !! . The Château is lovely and met all expectations - the area is beautiful and easy to explore . We all agreed we’d go back without too much persuasion !!!
