😊: The apartment was beautiful, clean and well situated.. 😢: I received information about entering the building after I arrived, which was a little stressful. We were missing a set of linens, a situation which was quickly resoved. In general, our stay would have improved with more communication and a binder with information about the various appliances, the local shuttle and it's timetable and the location of remote controls. My kids spent tons of time looking for the remote until we finally called the host to locate them in the apartment unseen on the far side of the couch. We struggled a bit with the local shuttle, as the timestable was not availble and the stop is not in the central location where all the other shuttles convene - information about the shuttle should have been provided by the hosts. Another difficulty was the over, we had issues with the induction oven and it took us some time to sort out how to use it. A brief instruction manual for locating key items and using large applicances would have been useful..

😊: Excellent location. The host was easy to reach. Appartment was new and private parking..
