😢: We arrived late at night to find that the keys were not in the designated box, and reception was closed. We had to call and wait outside with our baby until someone eventually came to let us in. Unfortunately, the apartment was not clean, the TV didn’t work, and the shower water fluctuated between scalding hot and freezing cold. The person in charge was extremely rude and unhelpful. After repeated complaints, the apartment was eventually cleaned and we managed to get three working TV channels, but the attitude remained the same. At one point, she even brought her husband, which only escalated the hostility. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience. We would not recommend this place under any circumstances..
