😊: The location so close to the centre of Beaune was a real plus for this property, as was having a park for the car right outside. Don’t be put off by the grim look of the exterior of the building - this was standard for Beaune.. 😢: Because of the building layout, there was limited circulation of fresh air, which was amplified the day we were there and it rained, as neither the door or window could be left open. An air freshener and spray in the toilet would really help too..

😊: The location was a short walk to the train station and to the main center. We hired bikes from a shop 2min away. The owner was very helpful and welcoming. The kitchen had enough equipment for cooking. There are some local shops but the larger supermarket was not very close. There was storage for the bikes undercover and out of sight. Loved our stay as Beaune has a lot to offer.. 😢: The toilet was a bit odd being off the lounge up steps. The bed was firm..
