😊: The location was excellent. The air-conditioning was very adequate.. 😢: There was a leaking sink, they were broken tiles on the floor so if you had bare foot it was quite dangerous. We did not have adequate number of bath towels. And it was slow response regarding the towels..

😊: Location was great. Easy to get to from train, tram and uber. Access to old town or promenade restaurants was 10/10. The property was easy to find and very clean.. 😢: Pillows were to high and hard but that could be personal preference. Unfortunately the room on the lane way was sooo terribly noisy that spoilt this part of the trip. Every noght 2:30-4.30am the noise was so loud we could not sleep. This is not the owners fault but should be mentioned for people who are light sleepers..

😊: Location!. 😢: Walls paper thin, can hear neighbour.

All of the above!<br>#128578; We had a really lovely trip. The apartment is very well furnished with excellent quality furnishings and appliances. Fabulous bathrooms, the showers were great. Location was great, not too far from anything. David the host was very accommodating and helpful. I would definitely stay again.<br>#128577; Absolutely nothing bad to say about it. It was fabulous.

Superb<br>#128578; The location of the apartment was exceptional.Outside the door is everything you need, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and so close to the tram stop. David the manager of the apartment was so accommodating. We had a late flight back and he arranged for us to leave the luggage in the apartment until we were ready to leave. The apartment had everything you needed, excellent cooking facilities and the added bonus of having Netflix . If we ever visit Nice again we will definitely stay here again
