😊: Location was great, near the train station. Far enough away not to be an issue. Nice decor and feeling at the place. Nice touch the intro letter from the owner of the property. Tub looked great and inviting.. 😢: The toilet seat was loose, needed fixing. As I had no internet on arrival (travelling all day) and info for property access was only posted late I had to asked for assistance down the road. The ad read desk 24/7. There is a phone number but not a person, was a bit misleading..

😊: The proximity to Rouen Station, where there is a good little supermarket! The apartment had many facilities...microwave..electric oven and cook top, electric jug, washing machine. The bed itself was very comfortable. 😢: I could not get access to the codes or info until a 100€ waiver against damage was lodged and this proved to be very difficult. I needed help.from someone who had a computer and who spoke French. When l arrived at the property, the key box was not easy for a short person to reach and it was difficult to read the numbers and to turn them! I could not get the key box to open so the owner finally sent a friend to help me. The mattress was comfortable but it was set into a wooden frame so it was tricky getting into bed. The bathroom is up 2 steep steps and the toilet is squeezed into a tiny space between the huge spa bath and the wall. The toilet roll holder was located at a very awkward angle. The dining table and stools are tall, like bar furniture. I would have liked a comfortable armchair!.

😊: Very clean and stylish apartments next to the railway station! Have everything you need. 😢: Leaking jacuzzi.

😊: The host accepted our booking at the last minute, as the accommodation we originally booked did not work out. They responded quickly and we were able to check in smoothly. The apartment is beautiful, perfectly clean, and very nicely decorated. The bed is very comfortable and the location is excellent. I highly recommend Chez Guillaume for your time in Rouen!. 😢: I couldn't figure out how to plug the jacuzzi tub. It would have been great to try it out! No real complaints though..
