😊: The location of the apartment is great, literally opposite one of the lovely beach bays of Sete. The balcony catches early morning sun but is lovely and shady for most of the day - just as well when the temperature is 35+ degrees! The shower is fantastic and the kitchen is well equipped. Ramon, who met us to hand over the keys was friendly and spoke good English which we really appreciated. We were kindly given some delicious zezzette biscuits, which were lovely - thank you.. 😢: The apartment does not have air-conditioning and despite the presence of a fan, was very hot inside making it difficult to sleep. The bedroom is at the front of the apartment and really holds the heat. The bedding (which must be purchased as an extra) was clean but not very comfortable. There was no toilet roll provided and some of the cups/ glasses felt gritty and not clean..

😊: Excellent apartment, very close to the beach. The beach has soft sand, clean water, but you need to provide your own shade. You can go with small children (the shore is quite shallow). You can see the beach from the apartment window. Exit through the gate, for convenience, ask the locals for the door code. The apartment has all the utensils: plates, cups, spoons, forks, pots ... You can cook on the stove. Kettle and 2 coffee makers. Washing machine, iron and refrigerator. Within walking distance there is a Lidl or Carrefour store. I advise everyone to visit the seafood and fresh fruit market.. 😢: There is no Wi-Fi in the apartment. Bed linen is not included in the rental price. The explanation of the location of the apartment needs to be improved (it is not easy to find it simply by address). The booking described the procedure for obtaining keys via a code, but in fact that safe was not working. It's good that we arrived during working hours and the concierge was on site, so we got the keys easily..
