A delightful venue for a...<br>#128578; Great location, charming and delightful house with interesting and attractive decoration. Very well equipped with a wonderful wood burner and good heating.<br>#128577; The stairs are quite tricky, narrow and a bit awkward for anyone with mobility issues.

Relaxing historic cottage with easy...<br>#128578; The location was fantastic. Easy access to the town centre but also the surrounding walks and countryside, both through adjacent walkways. Perfect. Just what we wanted. The excellent and charming hosts also left us good things to make a breakfast and lots more besides.<br>#128577; Only a loose manhole cover in the street outside which made a tremendous bang every time a vehicle went over it. Not the hosts' fault of course - the local Council should deal with it!

Superb<br>#128578; Its a proper old house in a lovely old town. The town was a major fortress a few hundred years ago and there are ramparts (kind of like castle walls) all the way around the centre with a big drop down to forest below...the house backs on to the ramparts so perfect to start walking or cycling from. House is well equipped generally. The floors all creak as you walk around but thats as it should be<br>#128577; The way the bath is set in the upstairs bedroom means you can't really use it just for a shower as water would go everywhere, but theres a shower on the middle floor.

Lovely house to make the...<br>#128578; Amazing location. We know Montreuil well and staying so close to the ramparts was fabulous. We could go out of the back gate straight to an amazing view over the countryside around the town. We took morning walks/runs around the 2.5km circular path and collected bread and croissants from the bakery in the nearby square. The house is also beautifully done out and really comfortable - the beds especially!<br>#128577; There were a few ants in the 1st floor bathroom and one of the bedrooms. Not a big deal but might need looking into before it gets worse!

A gem!<br>#128578; This is the perfect house in a great location both strategically close to the town center, but also quiet and green. The house itself has been renovated with an incredible sense of care and love of detail. But not only that, it is super well equipped and super cozy. It is the kind of house that you don't want to leave. We spent a rainy afternoon just reading in the lounge. It really feels like home away from home.<br>#128577; Nothing. Everything was amazing. Great house, great location, super friendly hosts. We loved it!
