Chez Marianne Résidence Piscine Sauna

😊: We stayed here for 5 nights. It was a very safe place to park for our car and bikes. Our host was very good at communicating with us. The apartment had a well kitted out kitchen, the bed was very comfortable. There was lots of room for our clothes etc. The place was very clean. Separate toilet, good bathroom too. Swimming pool was nice and quiet.. 😢: We had hoped to do our laundry in the laundry room but Reception was on holiday so we couldn’t get the key. Our host offered to take us to the launderette and pay for the washing machine but we decided to leave it until we got to our next destination instead. We were not able to pay for the sauna as Reception was on holiday. Never mind. We had a swim instead..

😊: Good location for an overnight between south of France and Calais. Great for access to restaurant next door ( Le Bord de L’Eau). 😢: Have stayed at other apartments in this complex. The agent running this one insisted on a complicated deposit arrangement 24 hours pre-arrival. The proper full address was not sent in initial instructions but in a subsequent message. It would have helped to have had full correct details from outset..

😊: Very clean. Very well equipped. View to the back so very quiet. Good kitchen and bed.. 😢: Not so tragic, but phone reception and Wi-Fi not perfect..
