😢: The place was dirty and smelling like cold cigarette, and the bathroom shower overflew. when I called the owner she said she mentioned that the previous tenant had smoked inside and she had not left a full day in between the bookings, which makes me think this tenant does not clean fully in between settings. I informed the owner of the situation and she said she’d come by but she didn’t. At the end we cleaned up but had to use towels for the shower and she said she needed us to clean it and requested a cleaning fee outside of the Booking app. This is a very very dirty apartment and should be taken off your platform..
