Chez Maya - Triplex cosy proche gare

😊: The living room area was good with some Christmas decorations done.. 😢: The team handling this property is unprofessional and absolutely rude. They act as if they are doing the customer a big favour if they reply to a simple query on what’s app. The customer is informed how busy they are with other customers and customer must wait infinitely to get a reply from them on what’s app. If you repeat the question ( since Reply was not given for sometime ) they get upset and rude. Asking simple questions to them was replied with rudeness. I never called them up by phone even once but was threatened that they will stop responding to me. Was shocked with this attitude. I have saved all our chats. Moreover their heater at the entrance was not working and entrance gets cold. Beds are uncomfortable and the staircase to mezzanine third level is very dangerous. Not suitable for families with kids or even adult parents. The apartment is also far from city center with nothing to do in the area..

😊: Close to city center and train station ( 20-10 minutes walking) ; easy to find and free parking in the area; easy to check in and out ( with key box); quick answer when I asked any doubt. There were many supermarkets ( asian market, lidl...) 5 minutes walking from the place.. 😢: It was very hot!!! But... we cant help it!.
