Chez Nicole Denis - Two-Bedroom Apartment

😊: The size of the apartment, and outside space is amazing. Underground parking meant we could park our car and use public transport to visit the sights of Paris. There was a heatwave during our visit, so we Ubered everywhere. We would have walked to the Metro, but an 18 min walk in the heat was not doable. Eventhough Billancourt is a little way out, Ubers were easy to get hold of and no trip cost more the 25 Euros. We would definitelt return, and recommend to friends.. 😢: The kitchen is a little small, and open. I wouldn't cook meals here. However, who wants to cook in Paris when there are such a broad range of eateries available. There are many just minutes away, and near the Seine, so a good taste of how 'real' Parisiens live..

😊: The location is within walking distance to Roland Garros that was convenient for us to attend French Open 2026. The area itself is a residential area which is quiet, neat and tidy. We were happy to have found a Michelin 5 stars restaurant nearby for dinner.. 😢: The bed was too soft for me..

😊: Very comfortable and spacious 2 bedroom apartment, with some interesting details. A lot of plates, utensils, glasses etc. It has a spacious parking spot (we brought 4 of own bikes and it's a 5 m car). Slightly tricky to enter, but without a bike rack it would have been no problem. Neighborhood is quiet and residential, nevertheless it has stores and bakeries open every day (Sun included). As we took our bikes to the city several times, there are nice bike lanes along the Seine. 35 minutes to Notre Dame.. 😢: While the apartment has its charm, some furniture has been extensively used, so it feels a bit dated (kitchen for instance)..

😊: Appartement is good equipped, there is everything that you need for comfortable stay. Quite lage, enough for two small or one big family. We stayed during winter, it was warm, you can regulate heater yourself. There is an easy parking in underground garage.

Séjour réussi. Rien à redire<br>#128578; Bonjour Accueil formidable. L appartement correspondait exactement à la description. Le parking en sous sol nous a rassuré. Cet hébergement parfait nous a permis de profiter pleinement de nos visites à Paris et du concert d' ACDC.

Les hôtes sont formidables et...<br>#128578; Les équipements sont complets ce qui nous a permis de vivre pendant un mois sans rien à avoir à racheter. On voit dès notre arrivée que nos hôtes ont tout fait pour qu'on soit bien accueillis, et que l'on se sente bien. Il ne manque rien pour la première soirée.<br>#128577; La vétusté de certain équipements notamment les chaises de salon qui n'ont plus d'assises , on est assis sur le bois... Et l'appartement un peu surmeublé ce qui laisse peu de place pour les affaires d'une famille de 4 personnes pour un mois.
