😊: To have found the property would have been a start.. 😢: Couldn’t find it and neither could the hire car driver. When phoned the owner he told me he wanted €400 extra claim it to be a security deposit, there had been no request for this prior to arrival. The driver checked through his company. He advised not to pay as it was based in Cameroon. The problem with not be resolved as your staff member in Barcelona was not interested in helping. T Not grasping it was a scam..

😊: Nothing. 😢: They stole my deposit and haven't refunded it. Apparently I broke something, but nobody is responding to any messages, and not even a portion of the deposit has been refunded. I raised a case with PayPal and booking.com to get my deposit back..

😢: First of all, the instruction of entrance was not fully considerate. By using Google Map, you will never find the room following the address in the instruction. You will have to go around and to the other side of the building and there is the correct entrance, but this information is not included in the instruction. And NO hoter water in the apartment, with which we couldn't put up!! After strong complaint, household service finally came to solve the issue but in the SECOND day. Besides, the extra deposit requirment is unexpected, compared with other accomodations in Paris. Last but not least, I tried to contact the host to get invoice or receipt, NOBODY answered even weeks after my leaving the apartment. Anyway, this is the very last choice if I come to Paris again..
