😊: Perfect location near centre, nearby cheap parking facilities, cosy and warm appartement, nicely decorated, lots of space. 😢: Nothing really.

😊: Fabulous location and lovely apartment. 😢: The rooms were quite echoey and you could hear the neighbours very loudly.

😊: THe decoration of the apartment is unique. Very comfortable beds and nice linens. Great location in historic area.. 😢: It is surrounded by buildings which are a bit old, and run down. The access to the apartment looked a bit outdated..

😊: Konum. Location.. 😢: We waited for 3 hours to reach the landlord. They didn't leave key for us. The neighbours helped us. Finally we got in and there was no heating and hot water at all. We stayed 1 night and second day finally someone came to check the heating. They say, they can offer us another place. They sent us 2 options and I had to choose one. Because I was staying with my son! We moved the new place which is almost half of the flat that Goldswan and dirty. The next day we go back to Goldswan to leave the keys then we see the heating and hot water was working. I asked the landlord to come back. He said impossible because they don't know if the heating will work constantly or it may give another error. If you send a message to the landlord about a problem or call them you get answer for the next day. If they need you they answer straight away. Location and the size of the flat is good but nothing else. They must have offered a money back solution and even free stay in a better place at least a week which we would do. So in 1 week I had to change 3 flats because of this place. If you ask my opinion; make sure before you book!.
