Chic friendly and spacious house

😊: Location. 😢: Ants in the kitchen, broken outside furniture, late getting into the property, kettle didnt work, not cleaning products for the dishwasher.

😊: Nothing. 😢: Broken sofa, plug sockets hanging off the wall (very dangerous), heating not working, sink leaking in bathroom, carpet falling off the stairs, rubbish in the garden, open and moldy food left in the kitchen, dirty mops and cloths left in the utility room. List of rules and fines.

😊: The location was good because there was a grocery shop nearby, and the neighbourhood was quiet too.. 😢: The hygiene was bad, there were like stains on the bedsheet. And cobwebs nearly everywhere in the house. The fridge didn’t work and they couldn’t fix it even though they knew beforehand. The washer didn’t work neither. Only the dishwasher worked. And they had all those extra rules that wasn’t discussed. It didn’t even feel like a vacation because we had to walk on eggshells. A lot of things were broken and dirty like the closet. And the stairs. I wouldn’t recommend anyone goes there if they don’t fix every thing. They should hire professional cleaners for one that is a tip.And communication was terrible we had to wait long and they were talking so condescending very rude..
