Not chic by all means. The outside entrance is hidden behind shrubs and bushes. Was greeted by cobwebs at the door. Walked in the property smelling of a bad odour. The kitchen was the first room, had a door with a broken glass. Went into the living room and it looked no where near what the pictures shoe, the tables were all scratched up, chipped. the staircase floors were full of other people's hairs. The sofas were dusty and when you sat in, you would sink into it. The toilets were very old and oddly matched. The beds had dust mites, the toilet seat was cracked. Pipes exposed, holes in the wall. The kids screamed when they saw a 2 inch spider coming out from one of the holes. we did not stay the night and checked into a local hotel. STAY AWAY

This property advertises itself as being a luxurious villa with exceptional comfort. The description and photos are highly misleading and absolutely do not describe the conditions. The villa is very worn, dirty, and smelly. The furniture is old, worn and damaged. The corners and crevices are dusty and dirty. The furniture was in disarray and not nicely presented like the listing photos. Upon our arrival there were two clogged toilets with “stuff” floating in them. The sofas were stained. The coffee table had damage and deep gouges. The dining table had deep scratches and cracks. The bathrooms were old. The wood floor had staines in many areas. There is no air conditioner and the unit has no fans. We spoke to the property manager who refused to acknowledge that the listing was misrepresented and kept trying to play it off as regular deterioration of the property. The property was so bad, our two families left and stayed at a hotel instead while contesting the charge on our credit card, since the property manager refused to refund our payment. Abosolutely do not stay at this property.

C’est du deux en un.<br>#128577; Quelques soucis de départ mais qui n’incombent pas l’établissement mais la lourdeur de mes démarches qui n’ont pas facilité mon accès au logement. Si non ça serait bien que l’herbe du jardin soit un peu plus entretenue. Nous y avons tout de même passé un bon moment.
