Chourgnac D Ans: House / Villa - CHOURGNAC D'ANS

Our stay in Chourgnac was utterly spellbinding and we will never forget it.Our family of five had the most amazing time in the most beautiful place - the house and grounds are absolutely stunning; way beyond anything you can see in the photographs.The grounds are huge and extensive, with plenty of space for kids to safely run around, the pool is great, the table tennis table is brilliant.Marie-aleth is a wonderful host and will look after you really well.Being from the UK, it was difficult to find information on local supermarkets etc, but there is a great Super U less than 20 minutes away, and a nice boulangerie and a couple of restaurants in Tourtoirac.It's genuinely one of the best places we've ever been and I couldn't recommend it more highly.

We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it. We will hopefully be back.

Marie was a wonderful host and very helpful on guiding us. She recommended lots of helpful things we would have missed. The property is stunning and we got a lot more than we bargained for. The pool, the surroundings and even the friendly ‘mooing’ neighbours. Our children are 9 and 7 and there was plenty to keep them entertained. They even made friends with a little girl a few doors down. The house is well equipped, Marie has thought of everything. If you’re looking for somewhere peaceful and don’t mind a little drive out, this is the perfect place for you. We absolutely loved our stay, can’t wait to visit again. Thank you Marie :-)

We thouroughly enjoyed our stay in the old garmhouse. We took advantage of all the materials provided: table tennis, a refreshing dip in the pool, BBQ, badmington, a stroll in the countryside. Host Marie is lovely and very helpful when we arrived. There is a lot to see in the small towns around (don't miss spectacular Lascau cave replica: stunning) and apart from our home cooking we enjoyed some very good French restaurants at very reasonable prices. Recommended.
