Claire s' house in medieval village couze near river Dordogne with your pets

The house is very well équiped and confortable. Everything that we needed and more. The morning we had breakfast on the little patio outside the kitchen. It is difficult to put into words the experience of feeling the rising sun on your face as you sip coffee, nibble on cheese, and bread. It is an experience that everyone should treat themselves to. The Gite de Claire is right in the middle of the historic course village. One evening we followed the cobblestone pathway up the hill to Couze castle and experienced an amazing sunset and watch as the sun set across the valley. We stayed 7 nights in that calm and beautiful spot. The house was cosy and had all we need to cook, sleep and relax. The owner (Ann) was very kind, she let us good advice about Dordogne and aera around. I strongly recommand that place for the house and for the aera!

What a delightful typical french house. Very charming and beautifully furnished with nostalgic pieces. The owner Ann is exceptionally hospitable and makes your stay like home. Good amenities and great location; a short stroll to the river Dordogne. Exceptional value and highly recommended.

This was the perfect place to stay for our three day visit to Bergerac. The house was bright, spacious, very clean and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable for 4 people. The wonderful private patio was a great bonus. The location was perfect for exploring Dordogne and we were able to walk to everything. There are grocery stores, markets, and restaurants nearby. The owners, Ann and Jean were accessible if needed and welcoming. We loved our stay here and highly recommend it.
