They’re advertising to be an Orly Paris hotel and stated to contact them for a ‘smooth check in’. Only 12 hours later, 11 hrs before we’re supposed to be checking in, they reply that there was a €50,- EXTRA charge for ‘late check-in’!! This is not in their policy, nor does it say this anywhere.
