Close to Disney & Paris splendor & authentically renovated Brie farmhouse

I’m torn on this review: the owners were lovely but our experience overall wasn’t great.We didn’t get detailed instructions on check-in but we were sent a set of coordinates to input into Google maps, which got us a little lost. Also this rental is a collection of three rentals connected duplex style, created from a converted farmhouse. Not a huge deal but confusing at first.Kitchen was pretty decently stocked with gadgets for cooking. The trash can was very small and they only provided one trashbag, so for a week it was a bit of a challenge. Also, there was no info about recycling.Regarding supplies: we had to provide our own hand soap in the bathroom and toilet paper as they only stocked the bathroom with half a roll and never responded to our request for more. We also had to supply paper towels for the kitchen, laundry detergent, and dishwasher detergent, since they only gave us one dishwasher pod, and no laundry detergent.The beds there were cozy and the bathroom was nicely renovated but only has a sink and shower, the toilet is in a separate water closet down the hall. It was weird to go to the toilet, then walk down the hall to wash hands. House had a chill that the radiators never helped and was SUPER dusty, to the point my son and I got sick. Cobwebs and clusters of dead beetles in the ceiling corners.Shower and washing machine leaked. But the hosts were nice & the place is charming! Just not ideal for winter. We got too sick and checked out a little early.

Absolutely incredible! Our stay was everything and more! This will be a well cherished memory. The property is very well kept and clean. It was just me and my 3 children. We felt save and welcome the entire time. The owners are very friendly and helpful. We never had any issues but if we did I know they would have helped. I highly recommended this property. Its perfect for families or anyone wanting a quiet get away.

The cottage is in a great location with good access to Paris by train or road and about 30 to 45 minutes from Disneyland Paris by car. Close to the town but not affected by the hussle and bussle of a town and is very peaceful. Our satnav couldn't find the road the road the cottage is on which meant we had a little trouble to find it but once there the cottage was good. The WiFi signal was weak at best and often dropped out causing us a few issues with sorting final details of planned visits to places, luckily we'd pre booked and printed maps etc most things before leaving the UK otherwise this could have caused more of an issue. The cottage is at the end of the routers reach hence the signal strength. We enjoyed our stay otherwise and all the basics were provided but not much more than the basics.

Nice location in a green, quiet area. Wake up to the sound of the birds. Very friendly managers and owner.

The house is just like it shows on the photos. It was very clean and tidy and combined rustic feel with modern fittings. The owners were very accommodating and came to meet us when we couldn't find it! The location is very nice and about 30 mins from Disneyland Paris.

Lovely place and convenient for Coulommiers (which is a nice town), Disneyland and Paris (by car - we didn't try the train). The house and décor were great. The only criticism would be the kitchen was a bit small and had no large kitchen knives or a chopping board.
