CMG - Bel appartement Juan-Les-Pins / terrasse - 2mn Plage - One-Bedroom Apartment

😊: Localisation. 😢: Before booking pls check additional fees for late check in.

😊: The apartment has a very good location, close to the beach, train station, restaurants and shops, which made it convenient for exploring the area.Overall, the location is a big advantage, but the apartment would definitely benefit from better cleaning, maintenance and more effective pest control.. 😢: Unfortunately, the cleanliness and general maintenance could have been much better. The apartment felt rather poorly maintained, and during our stay we had problems with ants and also found several small cockroaches, which was quite unpleasant..

😊: Perfect location, lovely apartment, great balconies and very clean. Everything you could need in the kitchen and very spacious.

😊: The location was amazing pretty much everything was a 5 min walk. 😢: The stairs if the lift was left open on top floor but rare..
